Fire damper installation accessories
UL – ceiling mounting bracket
A bracket with a fixing plate designed for ceiling installation. It helps align the fire damper within the prepared opening and can be reused multiple times. Suitable for dampers with diameters from 100 to 630 mm.
US – wall mounting bracket
A ring-shaped bracket with three mounting plates designed for wall installations. It ensures proper alignment of the fire damper in the wall opening and can also be reused. Suitable for dampers with diameters from 100 to 630 mm.
EP2 – end position indicator
Can be installed on manually operated fire dampers to partially automate monitoring. The indicator allows sensors to be connected to a building management or monitoring system so that the damper position can be checked remotely without direct inspection.
Fusible link
A fusible element that keeps the damper open by holding the spring mechanism in place. It must be inspected regularly and replaced if any malfunction is detected to ensure reliable fire protection.
SMR – dry installation kit
Designed for UVA fire dampers with diameters of 100, 125, 160, 200 or 315 mm. The kit can be installed at the factory or on site and significantly simplifies the installation process by eliminating the need for mortar, reducing installation time and labour.
