KOMFOVENT has published verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for the VERSO Pro R air handling unit range. This marks an important step in providing transparent and verified environmental information for KOMFOVENT products and supports more informed product selection in modern construction projects.
The declarations have been published through EPD Hub and prepared in accordance with EN 15804:2012+A2:2019/AC:2021. They provide transparent life-cycle environmental data that can be used when assessing the environmental impact of building services equipment.

As sustainability requirements in the construction sector continue to grow, access to verified environmental data is becoming increasingly important. Environmental Product Declarations support whole-building life-cycle assessments, sustainable building certification processes, and more informed decision-making in projects where embodied carbon and environmental performance are key evaluation criteria.

About the VERSO Pro R range
The VERSO Pro R range consists of advanced air handling units with rotary heat exchangers, designed to provide controlled ventilation and high energy efficiency in commercial buildings. The units are suitable for a wide range of commercial, public, and industrial applications.
VERSO Pro R units are designed for installation in mechanical ventilation systems and are available in project-specific configurations. The range also features a Eurovent-certified casing with performance classes T2 / TB2 / L1 / D1 / F9 according to EN 1886.
The newly published EPD documents for the VERSO Pro R range are now available and can be used when preparing project documentation, sustainability assessments, and product comparisons.
